I have installed everything as recommended and can open all the applications EXCEPT Outlook - it won't open, all I get is an error message saying "Cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened. the attempt to log onto microsoft exchange has failed"
any suggestions?
I have a user that can't upload any documents to their OneDrive due to the Upload option being greyed out. All the information I can find says it is probably a PUID mismatch issue which I don't know how to resolve. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe we found an error in PowerPoint 2013. The application discards editing data for images when the Discard editing data is unchecked (default setting), but keeps the editing data when the Discard editing data is checked. This has been replicated on a number of computers on our end.
We're currently using Microsoft Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) and Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus (15.0.4631.1002):
We encounter this error when modifying the temperature of an image. For example, if we modify the temperature of an image to 7200K, the temperature setting will reset to 6500K upon saving the document. Please note, it is the stated setting that resets, as the image visually retains the modification.
However, when we check Discard editing data from File> Options> Advanced> Image Size and Quality, the temperature settings remains at the modified value even after saving the document.

Unfortunately, since we develop software that assesses performance on the Microsoft Office 2013 products, the default behavior has negatively impacted the scoring of one of our assessments. Our software is looking for 7200K, but sees 6500K and assumes that the customer had not performed the requested action.

I have a costumer who wants to disable the office web apps completely.
He wants the files to directly open in word or excel.
Is this a setting in the sharepoint that i need to change?
Or is this a computer specific setting?

I am not able to upload pictures from my iphone or ipad from the photo library to OneDrive for Business. How do you do that?
I'd like to re-initialize onedrive for business for myself, I'm the admin of the domain. Having signed up for domainA.com I have moved to domainB.com. Unfortunately references of the old domainname are still visable in onedrive and regular SharePoint. To resolve this I made my partner administrator, removed my account, remade my account and logged in.
Still the references to the old domainname are there but more important, there is only one folder in onedrive "share to all" and no new folders can be created. How can I formally reset the complete onedrive site (and perhaps remove the links to the old domainname ?)

Is Mappoint Europe available in any forms as part of office 365 or if not will it be - I need to map sets of filterable data and collaborate with others and powermap and bing add in don't seem to do the trick

I am sure this has been answered before, but I have not been able to find my answer. I am moving a company to Office 365 E3. I was thrown a curve ball and can not seem to find a current answer to this question.
Does Office 365 support linking between different workbooks when the documents are stored in the online sites?
One of my groups does a lot of linking of spreadsheets.

I have some users who are in the same office. Some can login to Lync with no problems. Some can not. I have tried many different suggestions before posting here. The following is a log from Lync 2013 from one machine where the user is unable to login.
